Eher zufällig bin ich eben über das Angebot "AI Model Hub" von IONOS gestolpert. Die bieten API Zugriff auf Open Source KI Modelle und geben an, vollständig DSGVO konform zu sein (RZ in Deutschland bzw. Europa, übergebene Daten werden niemals zu Trainingszwecken verwendet, kein Zugriff "durch Dritte", etc.). Stateless Service: AI Model Hub operates as a stateless service, discarding user prompts and outputs at the end of each session. Each session stands alone, and your interactions remain private, free from logging, recording, or reuse for model training. Wie würdet ihr das einschätzen, was "vollständig DSGVO konform" bedeutet? Kann man da personenbezogene Daten übergeben und vom KI Modell verarbeiten lassen? Wenn ich die Vektordatenbanken für RAG nicht nutzen würde (erster Punkt, ist vielleicht nochmal ein ganz anderes Thema), steht da ja "nur", dass ich für die Protokollierung von Anfragen selbst verantwortlich bin und Ergebnisse der Anfragen mittels "human-in-the-loop" selbst prüfen müsste.
